Korean hot kimchi soup with beef

Today I'm going to show you how to make Korean kimchi soup step by step.



STEP 1 

Ingredients: 

Beef 400-500 gram
Korean kimchi
Tofu
Cheese
Korean Bulgogi beef marinade
Onion


STEP 2 

Chop the onions



STEP 3 

Add some bulgogi marinade



STEP 4

Boil a water with 1.5-2 liter


STEP 5 

Chop the beef

STEP 6 

You should add the meat with boiling water.
Duration: 20 minutes /220 C/

STEP 7 

When you finished, mix with the sauce /onions with bulgogi/
Keep them 15 minutes


 STEP 8 

Then whatever you want some cook rice


STEP 9 

Chop tofu and cheese



STEP 10 

15 minutes later lets make our great soup
Add your beef boiled soup= beef with sauce + tofu + kimchi /200 gram/ + cheese
Set time: 30 minutes /150C/



STEP 11 

If you want to add with cabbage you can before 20 minutes.


STEP 12

It's time to eat tasty Kimchi Soup.
